The firm works with companies in the health sector; financial services; consumer goods, including food packaging, makeup and consumer technology; and other industries. The survey also found that 79% of consumers believe low or zero waste packaging is a priority when making a purchase. In fact, 20% of respondents said they would be ready to eat the packaging their food is delivered in, while 20% want to be able to reuse the packaging for other uses. Sleeper says that EPAM customers are shifting their priorities towards sustainability and, because customers can express their preferences through smartphones and the internet, they are now helping to shape the products they will buy.
