Reliance General Insurance will offer 5 discounts on the new renewal premium to vaccinated customers

Reliance General Insurance announced on Tuesday that it will offer a one-time 5% discount on the purchase or renewal of insurance coverage to customers who have taken COVID-19 vaccines.

The insurer said it is committed to the safety of its customers by actively promoting the COVID-19 vaccination campaign and rewarding customers who have already taken a hit.

The company aims to provide an added convenience to its customers who are in the process of purchasing or renewing their Health Infinity insurance policy by offering a one-time additional 5% discount to those who have taken the COVID-19 vaccine, a- he declared in A release.

From May 1, anyone over the age of 18 is eligible for a COVID-19 vaccination, according to the government’s vaccination campaign to cover more and more people.

Acknowledging the special approval given to him by the regulator, CEO Rakesh Jain said everyone must come together and collectively fight the impact of the virus.

“While we’ve always encouraged people to take out insurance against a medical emergency, this time around we want to do more. Through this incentive, we want to encourage people to prioritize their health at this critical time and get vaccinated as soon as possible, ”he said.

The one-time 5% discount on the Reliance Health Infinity policy will be in addition to other discounts applicable at the time the policy is purchased, making the premium extremely affordable, the insurer said.
